Traditional Search

Retained Search We generally recommend conducting a Retained Search for Executive Leadership (VP level and above) and Confidential/Replacement searches. We prefer a fairly thorough discussion around the goals of the search prior to establishing this arrangement. Contingency Search We conduct Contingency Searches starting at the individual contributor through Senior Management level. Our Contingency Search process goes above and beyond the average and we do not treat contingency work as low priority. Volume Search We excel at Volume Search projects. We typically consider this type of engagement when you are looking to hire 5 or more individuals with the same skill set and experience. We have numerous successes that can speak to our abilities in this scenario. We are certainly happy to provide references to such-just ask!
