The Search Process

We certainly tailor our search process to meet the needs of our clients, but have developed a methodology over the years that has consistently delivered results.

  1. Search Evaluation - First and foremost, we want to invest time with you to understand the recruitment effort and the dynamics of your corporate culture.
  2. Recruitment Initiation - We use several methods to source candidates ranging from networking, social media, email campaigns, advertising, to good ole’ fashioned cold calling.
  3. Kingston O’Neill Interviews - Our first internal interview is designed to understand a candidates motivations, goals and career progression, aside from the opportunity you have to offer. Our second internal interview is focused on your opportunity and their potential alignment.
  4. Introduction - If we feel you would have an interest in the candidate, we will share the resume, along with a comprehensive detail of why we think they are a fit, our assessment of their soft skills and their logistics (salary requirements, timing, etc.)
  5. Your Interview Process - We will orchestrate all interviews on your behalf (phone and in-person). We debrief every candidate, share their feedback in a timely manner and keep you in the loop about them as the search process progresses.
  6. Offer - We will consult with you to identify the best candidate for the job and facilitate the offer stage.
