  • Retained Search: We encourage a traditional Retained Search solution for Executive Leadership roles, Confidential Searches, and/or Confidential Replacements.

    • Our Retained model requires 1/3 of the estimated fee paid upfront, an additional 1/3 of the estimated fee paid 45-60 days into the search, and the remaining balance paid at completion.

  • Engaged Search: We encourage an Engaged search solution for mid-level leadership roles and/or strategic individual contributor hires.

    • Our Engaged model requires an upfront flat fee to be paid at the start of the project and is credited toward the final placement fee.
